🌴 Who creates your designs?

All of our exclusive designs are created by Karen Copen, a local Key Largo artist and member of Wild Women on the Water and The Art Guild of the Purple Isle. Each piece is inspired by the beauty and biodiversity of the Florida Keys and printed just for you using sustainable, print-on-demand methods.


🖨️ How are your products made?

Our products are produced through Printify, a high-quality print-on-demand platform. Each item is made to order when you purchase—helping us reduce waste and overproduction while supporting conscious consumerism.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days, and delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons.


🚚 Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship within the United States. If you’re located internationally and are interested in our products, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do!


💳 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available through Shopify Checkout.


🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our items are custom printed just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace or refund it. Just email us at support@keylargogifts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


📏 How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for comfort.


♻️ Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! We’re committed to sustainability. Our products are made using print-on-demand technology, which reduces waste. We also support Marine Ecology Education at MarineLab and prioritize products that are ethically sourced and environmentally conscious.


🎁 Can I send a product as a gift?

Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. If you’d like to include a gift note, email us at support@keylargogifts.com right after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
